GMO GlobalSign Holdings announced the launch of the “AI Flow option,” which adds AI integration features to its electronic contract service “GMO Sign.” The new feature supports MCP, a common standard for connecting generative AI with external systems, enabling users to search contracts and make use of information from past contracts.
By integrating with its group company GMO AI Connect, the service offers features including viewing contracts and creating signature requests through conversations with AI. Users are expected to be able to use stored contract information in creating new documents through the generative AI they normally use.
