The theme is how to pursue partnerships against the backdrop of the rise of local companies, with key considerations to be covered in 30 minutes.
The webinar is set against the growing presence of private-sector corporate groups in Vietnam’s economy. While these groups may become promising collaboration partners for Japanese companies, successful partnerships require an understanding of their business areas, decision-making structures and technological needs, as well as the design of a structure with clearly defined benefits.
The presentation will cover private-sector-led developments, the business areas of major private-sector groups and their potential for collaboration with foreign companies, what local companies seek from Japanese companies, typical patterns behind failed partnerships, and how to pursue partner searches, business alliances and capital alliances.
