シーイーシー and AGC jointly developed SmartLogger Voice, a voice-recognition system. They conducted a demonstration in which generative AI analyzed and organized speech recorded at worksites and automatically generated work analysis reports, confirming that analysis time could be reduced to 1/10 or less of the previous level.
シーイーシー and AGC jointly developed SmartLogger Voice, a data collection system using voice-recognition technology, and conducted a demonstration at AGC's manufacturing sites to verify the automatic generation of work analysis reports. The results confirmed that the time required for work analysis could be reduced to 1/10 or less of the previous level.
SmartLogger Voice starts recording audio based on words spoken by workers during their tasks and extracts information using registered keywords. In addition to having generative AI analyze and organize the voice data and automatically create work analysis reports, the system is intended to digitize tacit knowledge that serves as the basis for skilled workers' judgments.
The project addresses the challenges of digitizing skilled expertise and transferring skills. Previous records focused mainly on time and motion data, but the system is designed to include workers' observations and judgment points during tasks by using voice data.
Under the collaboration, シーイーシー will handle the voice-recognition functions and data collection system, while AGC will be responsible for developing the data language conversion and generative software and conducting demonstrations at worksites. The system is expected to be offered based on individual quotations. Integration with Resolana, Dataxia's data utilization platform, is also under consideration.
The companies plan to promote the use of vertical AI to support skills transfer and operational optimization at manufacturing sites by integrating voice logs with data platforms. They also plan to work on building AI agents that answer questions from workers at the sites.
