With the new medium-term plan starting in June 2027 as its centerpiece, the company aims to establish sound earnings power and restore trust.
三協立山 President Yasuyuki Kurohata (黒畑 靖之) and Representative Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer Katsuyoshi Shirai (白井 克芳) held an appointment press conference on the 10th at the company's head office in Takaoka, Toyama Prefecture. In light of the challenging business environment, President Kurohata (黒畑) expressed his determination, saying, “We will undertake the reforms with unwavering resolve and restore trust.”
The company set out a management mission of establishing sound earnings power, restoring trust and achieving the next stage of growth, and indicated a policy of pursuing sustainable growth and enhancing corporate value through earnings structure reforms.
The company identified strengthening its international business and improving thermal insulation as key to returning to profitability, and stressed its intention to advance the business through swift decision-making and management judgments.
As the leader of the earnings structure reforms, Senior Managing Executive Officer Shirai (白井) said, “We will not stop at temporary earnings improvements; we will make this a company capable of growth,” and said the company aims to achieve the new medium-term management plan starting in June 2027.
