ZenGroup has begun DDP shipping to Europe in partnership with Japan Post. Integration with the Zonos Dashboard, already introduced for shipments to the United States, is being expanded to Europe, making Japan Post delivery available for some packages.
From 14 October 2026, ZenGroup began offering DDP shipping for international mail to Europe via Japan Post through its overseas purchasing service "ZenMarket" and cross-border e-commerce marketplaces "ZenPlus" and "ZenLuxe." The initiative expands to Europe the API integration with Japan Post's "Zonos Dashboard," which has already been introduced for shipments to the United States, enabling DDP shipments with duties prepaid for some packages.
The expansion of DDP support allows customers to pay duties and taxes in advance, reducing the payment procedures required when goods are received. With Japan Post delivery becoming an additional option for packages that have previously been difficult to handle, convenience in cross-border e-commerce is expected to improve.
In response to changes in the international shipping environment, ZenGroup is strengthening its services for the United States and Europe and developing a logistics system for the stable delivery of Japanese products overseas. In September, it began operating new routes to 10 European countries through its partnership with Nova Global, enabling more flexible shipping based on delivery requirements.
Through its platform supporting cross-border e-commerce sales worldwide, ZenGroup is developing a system for delivering Japanese companies' products to overseas markets. Going forward, it plans to strengthen multiple routes and customs-clearance support while responding to changes in regulations and logistics conditions in each country.
