ZenGroup and Nova Global have established a new delivery route to 10 European countries, with full-scale operations beginning on 3 September 2026. From 8 October, shipments with a declared value exceeding €150 will also be eligible for delivery.
ZenGroup株式会社 has partnered with Nova Global, an international logistics services provider, to establish a new delivery route to 10 European countries. The new route uses a different path from existing international postal services, transporting shipments from Japan to Warsaw Airport, after which Nova Global handles customs clearance, sorting and local delivery. Full-scale operations began on 3 September 2026. In response to restrictions on accepting and returning some international postal items using the EU’s IOSS system in certain countries, the companies decided to secure multiple delivery options.
The service covers 10 countries: Poland, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Germany, Italy, Spain, France and Ukraine. Nova Global handles delivery within the region, while ZenGroup is developing flexible transport routes by using its network of logistics partners in Japan and overseas. As of early September 2026, more than 1,000 shipments had been returned in some cases, and the companies are working to diversify delivery methods.
In addition, it was announced on 8 October that shipments with a declared value exceeding €150 would also be included in the new route’s delivery coverage. In the countries covered, customers will be able to choose “Out-of-Home delivery,” which allows them to use pickup locations such as parcel lockers in addition to home delivery.
