デジタルアーツ confirmed traces of unauthorized access in its cloud operating environment, raising the possibility that operating credentials for 6 services had been obtained without authorization. The traces reportedly date back to around July 2025.
In a timely disclosure dated 21 October 2026, デジタルアーツ announced that it had confirmed traces of unauthorized access in both the operating environments of its cloud services and its internal environment. The company said it had determined that authentication credentials were obtained without authorization by a third party, which then gained entry to the operating environment. The traces reportedly include some dating back to around July 2025.
The affected services include i-FILTER@Cloud and 5 other cloud services. All affected customers have been asked to change their administrator and user passwords. While no external removal of customer information has been confirmed at this time, the specific number of customer records that may have been viewed has not been disclosed.
After the unauthorized access, the company invalidated the credentials and changed the operational credentials and server authentication keys. Going forward, it plans to strengthen credential management and monitoring and rebuild its services and network. The impact on business performance remains under review.
