On 21 October 2026, デジタルアーツ disclosed that a comprehensive inspection using AI had found traces of unauthorized access to its cloud operating and internal environments. The affected services are i-FILTER@Cloud, m-FILTER@Cloud Modern Edition, m-FILTER MailAdviser for Microsoft 365, FINAL CODE@Cloud, z-FILTER and Desk. Software versions installed in customers’ environments are not affected. The company said it will contact customers requiring individual action separately.
It was found that a third party had used fraudulently obtained operational credentials to gain access to the service operating environment. The company invalidated and replaced the credentials, stopped suspicious programs, and replaced server authentication keys. The inspection was conducted on 9 October, and the AI inspection found traces that had not been identified in previous inspections. Some traces date back to around July 2025.
