GMOグローバルサイン・ホールディングス raised its consolidated net profit forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2026, citing gains from the sale of subsidiary shares and other factors, and also increased its year-end dividend.
GMOグローバルサイン・ホールディングス announced revisions to its consolidated earnings forecast and year-end dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2026. Net profit attributable to owners of the parent was revised upward from the previous forecast of ¥1.052 billion to ¥1.312 billion, while forecasts for revenue, operating profit and ordinary profit were all unchanged. The main reasons for the revision were the recording of a ¥440 million extraordinary gain from the transfer of GMO Digital Lab shares carried out on 1 July 2026, and the review and reflection of temporary effects associated with the discontinuation of some cloud infrastructure services and changes in contract structures.
The company also set out a basic dividend policy targeting the higher of a consolidated payout ratio of 65% or a DOE of 4%. Its year-end dividend forecast was raised by ¥14.68 from the previous forecast of ¥59.67 to ¥74.35. This would also represent an increase from the previous fiscal year's ¥56.91, strengthening shareholder returns.
