サインポスト announced that it had raised its full-year forecast for the fiscal year ending February 2027 and would resume shareholder returns with a total dividend of ¥6, comprising a ¥5 year-end dividend and a ¥1 regular dividend.
サインポスト kept the previous revenue forecast of ¥3.85 billion unchanged, while raising operating profit from ¥75 million to ¥125 million, ordinary profit from ¥72 million to ¥122 million, and net income from ¥89 million to ¥137 million. The revenue outlook remains unchanged. The interim period was solid, supported by price optimization and higher added value in the consulting business, while orders in the DX and regional co-creation business also exceeded plan.
In the second half, the company plans to scale back its innovation business in line with the medium-term management plan "CRAFT2030," but expects the revenue growth effects from the consulting business and the DX and regional co-creation business to outweigh this impact, resulting in higher gross profit. The impact of scaling back the innovation business is still under review and has not been reflected in the forecast.
The company also revised its dividend forecast, adding a ¥5 year-end dividend and a ¥1 regular dividend to provide a total dividend of ¥6 per share. The company paid no dividend in the previous fiscal year and plans to resume ongoing shareholder returns as it strengthens its financial position and reviews its business structure through four consecutive periods of posting net income. From the fiscal year ending February 2028 onward, the company expects to set its dividend payout ratio at approximately 30%.
