The newly built residence “Dormy Fukui Ote,” KYORITSU MAINTENANCE CO.,LTD.’s first residence in Fukui Prefecture, will open in April 2027. It will offer breakfast and dinner developed by a registered dietitian and provide on-site support from a resident manager couple, along with well-equipped facilities for communal living.
The newly built student and employee residence “Dormy Fukui Ote” will open within walking distance of Fukui Station in the Fukui area, where the effects of the Hokuriku Shinkansen are expected. The building will be a 10-story reinforced-concrete structure, with Western-style rooms ranging from approximately 21.00 m² to 21.75 m².
The common areas will include a theater room, coworking room, lounge and shared kitchen, in a design intended to support both everyday convenience and study and daily life.
Breakfast and dinner will be provided using menus developed by a registered dietitian. A resident manager couple will live on-site and provide support to residents, including assistance in the event of sudden illness. Rent will start at ¥52,300 per month for the student residence and ¥65,400 per month for the employee residence, with procedures and other fees charged separately.
The property is located at 3-1011 Ote, Fukui City. Access is approximately a 4-minute walk from Fukui-jōshi-Daimyōmachi Station, a 3-minute walk from Jin-ai Joshi Koko Station and a 15-minute walk from Fukui Station. The residence will have 128 rooms, all equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a two-door refrigerator, a bathroom and a toilet. The resident manager couple will be on-site, and common facilities will include bicycle parking, car parking and parcel lockers.
