KYORITSU MAINTENANCE CO.,LTD. plans to build a 10-story, 128-room student and employee residence about a 15-minute walk from Fukui Station in Fukui City, targeting an opening in April 2027. The address and an overview of the construction plan have been provided.
The residence will have separate bathrooms and toilets in each room, and will be designed to reduce initial costs by providing furniture and appliances. Part of the building will be operated as a women-only floor.
Rent will start at ¥52,300 per month for the student residence and ¥65,400 per month for the employee residence, with admission procedures and other fees charged separately. Breakfast and dinner will be provided as menus developed by a registered dietitian.
The common areas will include lounge space and a theater room, and the residence will be located in an area with convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
