The service will target companies facing labor shortages and overreliance on individual employees for accounting operations, offering proposals to improve the efficiency of monthly processes and drive continuous improvement. The group has entered into an outsourcing agreement with Deloitte Tohmatsu smooth, while freee will provide cloud services for accounting and human resources and labor management.
Deloitte Tohmatsu smooth will be responsible for designing operations and developing improvement measures, while the group will handle operational support and the development of a service delivery framework. Tax representation, the preparation of tax documents and tax advice are outside the scope of the service. The group is also considering expanding the business into human resources and labor management in the future.
