Food Label, a consolidated subsidiary of the group, has launched its new Hishidaya Ginger Pork Sauce in collaboration with Hishidaya, a long-established set-meal restaurant with more than 100 years of history. The product became available from the 1st and is intended to allow consumers to recreate the restaurant’s flavor at home.
To preserve the natural flavor of ginger, the product contains no powdered ingredients and uses 100% grated ginger. The base soy sauce is the same as that used at the restaurant, helping recreate its rich flavor and clean finish. Garlic is added as a secret ingredient to bring the sauce closer to the restaurant’s flavor.
