On 1 October 2026, a presentation ceremony for offer certificates for management-track candidates scheduled to join the company in April 2027 was held at a venue in Koto-ku, Tokyo, with 124 people in total, including prospective hires and guests, in attendance.
Messages of encouragement were delivered by Representative Director and President Kato Hisayuki (加藤央之) and Director Tsudera Takeshi (津寺毅). Each candidate was presented with an offer certificate containing different content, followed by business briefings from representatives of 5 departments and a networking session with senior employees.
The ceremony was held in person for 135 management-track candidates scheduled to join the company in April 2027. A kickoff meeting to prepare for joining the company is also scheduled for January 2027.
The company also announced a policy to raise the starting salary for new graduates in April 2027 to ¥300,000, stating that it will continue to pursue growth by activating the capabilities of each individual.
