Densan System and リッケイ have signed a basic agreement on a comprehensive business alliance focused on DX and AI. The companies aim to promote the modernization of legacy systems and co-create new businesses by using generative AI and global talent.
Densan System and リッケイ signed a basic agreement on a comprehensive business alliance centered on DX and AI on 1 October 2026. The two companies have previously collaborated on SaaS-related operational support, development, and maintenance, and aim to establish a mutually beneficial relationship through the agreement.
リッケイ is the Japanese entity of the Rikkeisoft Group, based in Hanoi, Vietnam, and provides IT consulting, AI and DX support, and system development and integration. Under the agreement, the companies will strengthen their cooperation by combining リッケイ's project execution capabilities through PMO and its ability to propose productivity-enhancement tools using generative AI with global engineering resources.
The 3 areas covered by the basic agreement are: (1) the use of DX and AI technologies and business co-creation, including the creation of new businesses through joint research and development; (2) personnel exchange and development, including exchanges among engineers and joint seminars and training; and (3) domestic and international business expansion, including market development using their networks. The companies will consider cooperation primarily in these areas.
They will initially focus on the migration and modernization of legacy systems, jointly proposing and supporting the renewal and optimization of existing systems through the use of technologies such as generative AI. They will enter into individual agreements as necessary and work to develop the initiatives through regular exchanges of views and mutual visits.
