イーサポートリンク revised down its current-period ordinary profit forecast, indicating that ordinary profit is expected to decline by approximately 25%. Compared with the previous forecast, the revision represents a substantial reduction in ordinary profit, and the sales forecast has also been lowered.
For the cumulative results through the third quarter, sales were ¥400.8 billion, operating profit ¥12.1 billion, ordinary profit ¥13.4 billion and net profit ¥6.7 billion. Compared with the same period of the previous year, sales increased, while the company ultimately failed to avoid a return to a net loss.
The earnings forecast was revised for the current period and the second half. Compared with the former 26.06–11 period forecast, the new 26.06–11 period forecast calls for sales of ¥352.5 billion, an ordinary loss of ¥2.7 billion and no net profit forecast, representing a shift to a loss. The full-year forecast was also revised, with sales expected to be ¥687.6 billion, ordinary profit of ¥11.7 billion and no net profit forecast, representing a substantial downward revision.
