K.U. Nomura Thai and Asian Identity have announced a business partnership to support organizational transformation at Japanese manufacturers operating in Thailand. The companies will combine support for generative AI implementation with human resources and organizational transformation support, and co-host a hybrid seminar on 6 October 2026.
K.U. Nomura Thai (KNT) and Asian Identity have entered into a business partnership to support organizational transformation at Japanese manufacturers operating in Thailand. Through its subsidiary Wadfun, KNT will provide support for implementing generative AI across organizations, while Asian Identity will handle organizational transformation support. The partnership aims to resolve the analog-process challenges faced by Japanese manufacturers in Thailand and help them build an autonomous organizational culture.
Drawing on its experience using AI tools including Google Workspace, AppSheet and Gemini to improve digital processes at its own manufacturing sites, KNT will further strengthen its support for connecting the shop floor with digital transformation. Asian Identity will provide support for redesigning human resources evaluation systems and fostering organizational culture, helping establish systems that embed AI adoption in day-to-day operations.
Specific support under the partnership will include co-hosting seminars to share examples of AI implementation and promote solutions to on-site challenges, as well as providing FDE services to support on-site activities aimed at advancing digital adoption. Through these initiatives, the companies aim to drive innovation and improve productivity at Japanese manufacturers in Thailand.
Looking ahead, KNT plans to expand the use of digital tools across the entire company and highlights its track record of operating more than 130 internally developed applications. Asian Identity has indicated that it will pursue additional projects as a partner for organizational transformation in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
