KNT and Asian Identity have entered into a business partnership to support organizational transformation at Japanese manufacturing companies in Thailand. The partnership will establish a framework to promote adoption on the ground by combining AI implementation with HR systems reform.
K.U. Nomura Thai (KNT) and Asian Identity have entered into a business partnership to support organizational transformation at manufacturing companies in Thailand. Through Wadfun Digital Solution, KNT will strengthen its support for organization-wide adoption of AI, while Asian Identity will be responsible for developing and embedding HR systems.
The partnership reflects the companies' assessment that a foundation of organizational culture is essential for AI implementation, against a backdrop of reluctance among frontline operations to adopt digital tools. Through their collaboration, the companies aim to foster an organizational culture that promotes the resolution of operational challenges and autonomous improvement.
The companies also formally announced that they will co-host a seminar with Mediator on 6 October 2026, providing an opportunity to introduce practical examples of AI implementation and organizational transformation methods for Japanese manufacturing companies in Thailand.
The services provided under the partnership will combine both the AI implementation support and HR approaches, bringing together KNT's frontline support, Wadfun's application of technology, and Asian Identity's HR systems design and efforts to strengthen critical thinking.
