クラシコ revised its full-year earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending October 2026 downward and indicated that net income (loss) is expected to fall into the red as revenue declines. Sluggish sales through its own e-commerce site and increased discounting are contributing factors.
TSE Growth-listed クラシコ lowered its full-year earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending October 2026, with revenue now expected to fall sharply from the previous forecast of ¥4.25 billion to ¥2.919 billion. Operating income (loss) is also expected to turn negative, while net income (loss) is forecast to be a ¥1.201 billion loss. In the previous fiscal year, revenue was ¥3.631 billion, operating income was ¥164 million and net income was ¥169 million.
The factors behind the loss include sluggish sales through its own e-commerce site, as well as lower margins resulting from increased discounting and coupon use. The company also expects to record an extraordinary loss of ¥425 million from the disposal of inventories and an adjustment to income taxes, etc. of ¥166 million due to the reversal of deferred tax assets, effectively withdrawing its previous forecast for a profit.
