売れるネット広告社 Group has revised down its full-year forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 and announced that net income for the period is expected to be a loss of ¥1.1 billion. The revised outlook reflects an expected decline in revenue from the previous forecast and a shift from a profit forecast to a loss.
売れるネット広告社 Group, listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth market, has revised its consolidated full-year earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending July 2026 and indicated that bottom-line earnings for the period are expected to turn negative. The new forecast is below the previous outlook, marking a shift from a profit trajectory to a loss.
Specifically, the company lowered its revenue forecast from the previous ¥1.88 billion to ¥1.64 billion. Operating loss is expected to be ¥530 million and net loss ¥1.1 billion. In the previous fiscal year, revenue was ¥1.567 billion, operating loss was ¥166 million and net loss was ¥444 million.
The company attributed the revision to advertising business orders falling short of expectations and delays in projects. It also explained that the results were affected by the recognition of an allowance for doubtful accounts due to delays in starting its live-commerce business in China, as well as impairment losses on software assets, building-related assets and goodwill associated with its cross-border e-commerce business.
A link to the notice concerning the earnings forecast revision is provided, and further disclosure and updates are awaited.
