日本ビットコイン産業株式会社 has announced that it has decided on a third-party allotment capital increase of approximately ¥800 million. The investment will be received entirely in Bitcoin, with the proceeds expected to be used to develop payment infrastructure for overseas transactions and expand the remittance network.
The allotment recipients are フルグル合同会社 and ANAP Lightning Capital (ALC), and the total amount raised will be ¥800,043,580. The scheduled payment date is 2 November 2026, and the transaction will be carried out as an in-kind contribution.
The funds will be used for payment infrastructure development, hiring, and the Lightning Network routing business and related research and development. The company will also strengthen services such as “aurora,” a Lightning payment service that can be added to existing payment methods via API.
日本ビットコイン産業株式会社 has entered into a basic business alliance agreement with ALC concerning the routing business. The parties will jointly expand a Japan-based routing infrastructure by deploying Bitcoin held by ALC as liquidity for payment channels. The company also plans to address issues arising under the terms and regulations of overseas payment providers.
