網屋 raised its consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the current fiscal year from the previous forecast and further increased its record-high profit outlook. It also revised its second-half plan, forecasting higher revenue as a result of Ampere becoming a consolidated subsidiary, indicating steady business performance.
After the market close on 27 October, 網屋 announced a revision to its earnings forecasts, raising consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2026 from the previous forecast of ¥1.18 billion to ¥1.44 billion. The increase in profit is expected to be 37.8% year on year, further updating the record-high profit forecast for the eighth consecutive fiscal period.
Under the revised full-year plan announced the same day, ordinary profit for July–December was raised from ¥550 million to ¥810 million, compared with ¥570 million in the same period of the previous year. As a result, second-half profit is expected to increase 46.1% year on year, and the outlook for the full fiscal year has been raised.
The company explained that revenue from its data security and network security businesses is expected to increase against a backdrop of growing demand for security-related services. Combined operating profit from the two businesses is expected to increase by ¥270 million.
In addition, the acquisition of Ampere shares and its conversion into a subsidiary, announced on 13 May 2026, is expected to increase revenue by ¥428 million through the consolidation effect. As a result, the company expects revenue, operating profit, ordinary profit and net income for the period to all exceed the previous forecasts.
