The “Uji City × Keihan Sound! Euphonium Collaboration Festa 2026,” a collaboration event between Keihan and the anime “Sound! Euphonium,” which is set in Uji, will be held at Uji City Cultural Center. The event will feature a brass band festival, a limited live performance, a location tour walk and a shopping district tour.
Keihan Holdings and Keihan Electric Railway will hold the “Uji City × Keihan Sound! Euphonium Collaboration Festa 2026” in Uji City on 19 December 2026 as part of their continuing collaboration with the anime “Sound! Euphonium.” The festival will feature performances by the brass band clubs of 5 high schools in the Uji area, as well as a limited live performance by TRUE, who performs the anime's theme songs. Famous sites and stations in Uji, the setting of the work, are also depicted in the anime.
The second section describes the brass band festival. A concert titled “Enjoy Brass Band!” will be held at the Main Hall of Uji City Cultural Center, featuring Kyoto Prefectural Higashiuji High School, Todo High School, Kyoto Subaru High School, Ritsumeikan Uji High School and Kyoto Tachibana High School. A limited live performance by TRUE will also be held as the second part of the event. Admission is free, with invitations allocated by lottery.
The third section states that the location tour walk and shopping district tour will be held alongside the festival. The location tour walk will guide participants to spots around Uji, with explanations provided by fans and students from Kyoto Bunkyo University. Advance applications are required, with places for 100 participants. The application period is scheduled to run from 4 to 14 November, and successful applicants are expected to be notified around 20 November.
The fourth section provides details of the shopping district tour. Visitors to stores displaying Collaboration Festa posters in 4 shopping districts, including Uji Hashi-dori Shopping District, will receive a limited-edition sticker.
