Pavement repairs will be carried out at the ward-road intersections on National Route 14, with nighttime traffic closures implemented. The closures will be in effect every day from 21:00 to 05:00 the following morning from 9 to 24 November. See the attached PDF for detour routes.
NEXCO East Japan's Chiba Maintenance Office will carry out pavement repair work at the ward-road intersections on National Route 14 (the E14 Keiyo Road section between Ichinoe and Shinozaki IC), including Tsubakinishi-dori, Tsubaki-dori, Shishibone Kumin-kan-dori and Mizue Station Nishi-dori. Nighttime traffic closures will be implemented for this work.
The closures will be in effect from 21:00 to 05:00 the following morning on each day from Monday, 9 November through Tuesday, 24 November. A total of 10 closure days have been scheduled: ①9 November, ②10 November, ③11 November, ④12 November, ⑤13 November, ⑥16 November, ⑦17 November, ⑧18 November, ⑨19 November and ⑩24 November. Backup dates and additional dates have also been announced.
Detour routes are provided in the attached PDF. As travel times are expected to increase, travelers are advised to allow extra time when going out. The work is intended to repair damaged pavement and will mainly be carried out on weekdays, when nighttime traffic volumes are relatively low.
