ディアライフ sharply declined after revising down its forecast ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2026. Operating profit, previously left undecided, was announced at ¥6.33 billion, with the year-on-year decline expected to widen.
ディアライフ revised down its forecast ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2026 from the previous ¥10 billion to ¥6.12 billion. In addition, the earnings outlook for the same period was reportedly revised down the previous day, and the share price had extended its decline sharply as of the time of reporting.
Along with the lower ordinary profit forecast, it was also reported that the timing of project sales is expected to be pushed back until after the end of the current fiscal year. Operating profit, previously left undecided, was announced at ¥6.33 billion, representing an expected decline of approximately 18.1% year on year.
Operating profit was down 4.8% in the cumulative third quarter period, and reports indicate that the full-year decline is expected to be wider than initially forecast. Delays in processing multiple projects have been cited as a possible contributing factor.
