Shark announced the newly developed ActiClean cordless stick vacuum, its first air purifier launch in Japan, and the cordless BlastBoss blower as new products. Sales of all 3 products are scheduled to begin in September.
Popular home appliance brand Shark announced 3 products for the Japanese market, scheduled for launch in September 2026. The new ActiClean models (LC950JBK/JSN/900JSL/800JWH), which deliver high suction power despite their lightweight design, feature an automatic dust-collection dock, eliminating the need to empty the dust for approximately 60 days.
The new ActiClean adopts a FlexiLoop handle for more comfortable cleaning with forward, backward and lateral movements. The Active Seal Flap on the cleaning head optimizes the flow of dust and air, enabling 360-degree cleaning. It weighs approximately 1.6–1.8 kg, has a maximum runtime of approximately 36 minutes in Eco mode and takes approximately 3.5 hours to charge.
The Shark BreatheClear air purifier comes in 2 models for rooms of up to 7 and 15 tatami mats. Its front display shows air quality, temperature and humidity, and VOC levels in real time, while daily and weekly analysis reports provide insight into air-quality trends. It does not have a humidification function, and its HEPA filter does not need to be replaced for up to 6 years.
The Shark BlastBoss cordless blower weighs approximately 660 g and delivers a high air speed of 85 m/s. It has 3 modes for a range of indoor and outdoor uses (Outdoor/Indoor/Boost), and its 3 included attachments blow dirt out of narrow gaps. Runtime is approximately 7–49 minutes, and charging takes approximately 3 hours.
