クリエイト・レストランツ・ホールディングス announced its interim results for the fiscal year ending February 2027. クリエイト・レストランツ・ホールディングス announced its interim results for the fiscal year ending February 2027, covering March to August. Revenue was ¥86.091 billion, operating profit was ¥4.121 billion, profit before tax was ¥3.756 billion, and interim profit attributable to owners of the parent was ¥2.697 billion. Year on year, these figures represented increases of 3.5%, and declines of 16.6%, 26.8% and 15.6%, respectively.
The roadside Kagonoya and the primarily street-front Isomaru Suisan struggled amid typhoons, heavy rain and other adverse weather conditions. One-off costs, including merger-related expenses at SFP Holdings, were also recorded, resulting in a double-digit decline in profit.
Meanwhile, the bakery and noodle brands remained strong and secured revenue growth, helped by contributions from Ron and Hazelwood Food + Drink, which joined the group through M&A. Initiatives included renewing Kagonoya's signage, converting stores, expanding the new formats Saisai Mala Tang and Hitonigiri nationwide, converting Isomaru Suisan into casual pubs, and opening stores in regional areas.
The full-year consolidated earnings forecast remains unchanged. Revenue is projected at ¥171 billion, operating profit at ¥9 billion, profit before tax at ¥8 billion, and profit attributable to owners of the parent at ¥5.7 billion.
