株式会社ドゥファイン has launched a new information security business and partnered with Israel-based cybersecurity company Sygnia. It will offer Sygnia’s Incident Response Retainer through a domestic point of contact, supporting companies’ ongoing security measures.
IRR (Incident Response Retainer) is a service that accelerates initial response when a cyberattack occurs through a contract established during normal operations. The response hours prepaid and set at the time of contracting can also be used for routine security assessments, and an assessment report remains available even if no incident occurs.
The service includes remote initial response through a 24/7/365 hotline, the full process from containment and root-cause investigation through recovery and report preparation, advice to management, coordination with authorities and insurers, and, where necessary, acting as a liaison with attackers. The company plans to develop the business as a core business alongside its BPO and AI contact center businesses.
As part of its event activities, the company plans to introduce IRR at Call Center/CRM Demo & Conference 2026 in Tokyo, to be held in Tokyo on 12 and 13 November 2026.
