ドゥファイン has partnered with Israel-based Sygnia and begun offering its IRR (Incident Response Retainer) service as its domestic point of contact. Routine assessments and incident response will be provided under a single contract.
株式会社ドゥファイン has launched a new information security business and established a domestic point of contact through a partnership with Israel-based cybersecurity company Sygnia. It will offer Sygnia’s IRR service to Japanese companies, combining routine security posture assessments with incident response under a single contract.
During normal operations, the company will assess the security posture through current-state reviews and the preparation of a roadmap of improvement measures. If nothing occurs, the customer will still receive an assessment report. In an emergency, the same team will handle the response from initial action through recovery, centered on a 24/7/365 hotline, including advice to management and coordination with relevant organizations.
Going forward, the company plans to develop information security as a new core business alongside its BPO and AI contact center businesses, with the aim of improving the security of companies pursuing digitalization.
The company is also scheduled to exhibit at Call Center/CRM Demo & Conference 2026 in Tokyo, to be held at Sunshine City in Tokyo on 12 and 13 November. Its booth will provide explanations of the services and accept individual consultations.
