The seminar will be jointly hosted by SHElikes and 女の転職type and held online via Zoom. Participation is free, and attendees may join from a smartphone. Applications can be submitted through the designated URL.
The background is the increasing difficulty faced by women seeking administrative positions in passing document screening. It is also reported that more than 4 million administrative positions are expected to be surplus by 2040, while future trends and the impact of AI-driven job substitution are noted.
The seminar will cover expected changes in administrative work, approaches to career-change activities, and ways to achieve an ideal working style and the actions required. Role models, mainly SHElikes students, are scheduled to speak.
