ヒトトヒトホールディングス raised its full-year adjusted EBITDA forecast from ¥1.335 billion to ¥1.5 billion, incorporating the consolidation benefits from SPD, acquired in July, and steady performance in its existing businesses.
ヒトトヒトホールディングス revised its full-year adjusted EBITDA forecast upward without changing it from the previous plan. The company indicated that the consolidation benefits including SPD (Saitama City), which it acquired in July, are expected to contribute.
Under the new guidance, adjusted EBITDA has been raised from ¥1.335 billion to ¥1.5 billion, with an approximately 30% increase in profit expected from the previous fiscal year. Steady performance in the existing businesses was also cited as a factor supporting the increase.
The acquisition of SPD is expected to generate earnings contributions on a consolidated basis, and ヒトトヒトホールディングス indicated that it plans to strengthen its financial position while maintaining the growth potential of its operations business.
