Plus Alpha Consulting announced that its generative AI tool “AI Plus Talk” had added new features capable of substantially reducing the time required to create role-play exercises for frontline operations.
On the morning of the 22nd, P Alpha, a data analytics cloud company, announced expanded functionality for its generative-AI dialogue training tool “AI Plus Talk.”
The new functionality includes scenario-creation assistance, which can automatically generate role-play content simply by uploading files such as sales materials and customer-service manuals. Scenario creation, which previously took several hours, can now be completed in approximately 1 minute at the earliest.
Through chat-style dialogue with the AI, the tool reproduces personas such as customers and business counterparts, immediately provides evaluations and improvement advice for voice-based dialogue practice, and includes a function for turning internal know-how into training materials. Turning frontline know-how into training materials requires only the upload of the relevant files.
