CASIO's OCW-P3000 launches on 16 October. It features a titanium case, solar power that eliminates the need for battery replacement, and a world time function covering 300 cities worldwide.
CASIO has announced the launch of the OCW-P3000, a world timer watch from its high-end sports line, Oceanus CACHALOT, featuring a titanium case and a two-tone ceramic bezel. The launch date is 16 October, and the watch is designed to allow users to check the time overseas at a glance in combination with its rotating bezel.
The movement uses CASIO's proprietary TOUGH MVT.2. In addition to time adjustment via Bluetooth and standard radio signals, it automatically corrects the hand positions even when affected by shocks or magnetic fields. As it is solar-powered, there is no need to replace the battery.
The watch features a world time function covering 300 cities worldwide and is designed to display a second time zone continuously using its GMT hand. It is presented as a highly finished model suited to users who frequently travel or conduct business overseas.
The case and bracelet are made of lightweight, highly scratch-resistant titanium, with their surfaces finely finished to a distortion-free mirror polish using Zaratsu polishing. It is available in 3 colors: black, blue and green.
