ビジュアル・プロセッシング・ジャパン announced that テイクアンドギヴ・ニーズ has adopted its CIERTO DAM system and is using AI-powered search to improve the efficiency of digital asset management. The implementation is expected to reduce search time and strengthen rights management.
ビジュアル・プロセッシング・ジャパン announced that テイクアンドギヴ・ニーズ, which operates hotel and wedding businesses, has adopted its CIERTO digital asset management system to reform its digital asset management operations. The company also plans to consider cleansing assets based on usage data and strengthening video content management.
The company's advertising and promotional images have been increasing by approximately 20,000 per year, while manual tagging, image searches and rights management had previously imposed a significant operational burden.
The implementation enables searches based on abstract images or concepts, such as a night garden, using AI-powered natural-language search, reducing image search time by 50%. Tagging work has been substantially reduced by limiting it to certain content, while watermark display linked to usage expiration dates and automatic image relocation have reduced the risk of misuse. The image conversion function has also eliminated the need to resize images for each medium and removed duplication of processed data.
The company aims to establish a foundation for communicating a brand-consistent visual identity through the use of AI-powered similar-image search. It is also considering strengthening video content management.
