Reservations have opened for St.Cousair CO.,LTD.'s grape cream cake and Fukumidori chicken confit as Christmas-limited products. Customers can also receive 20% off the company's wines and cider on the day they collect their order.
St.Cousair CO.,LTD. has begun accepting reservations for its Christmas-limited grape cream cake, available in sizes 4 and 5, and Fukumidori chicken confit. Both are available in limited quantities, with the reservation period running from 13 October to 18 December 2026.
The grape cream cake is made only once a year, with specially prepared fresh cream and strawberries on sponge cake. No spirits are used. The Fukumidori chicken confit is made by slow-cooking bone-in chicken thighs and finishing them with a crisp exterior.
Prices are ¥3,900 for the size 4 cake, ¥4,900 for the size 5 cake and ¥1,300 for the Fukumidori chicken confit. The limited quantities are 50 cakes of each size and 150 portions of confit across all dates.
As a reservation-period benefit, customers who purchase a grape cream cake or Fukumidori chicken confit receive 20% off the regular price of the company's wines and cider on the day they collect their order.
The pickup period is 23–25 December, from 15:00 to 16:30 each day. Pickup locations are St.Cousair Winery Main Store and Monzen Store. Reservations can be made through the official reservation form.
