7-Eleven Japan will launch four limited-time products, including bread and rusk supervised by Bourbon and Kameda Seika, in Kyushu from 6 October. The products will initially be rolled out mainly at local stores in Niigata and are scheduled to expand to other prefectures.
7-Eleven Japan will sequentially launch four products, including “Gabu-to Every Burger, Chocolate Orange,” supervised by Bourbon, from 6 October. The supervising companies are confectionery makers in Niigata Prefecture, and each limited-edition product recreates features of a popular snack.
The products will be sold at approximately 430 stores in Niigata Prefecture, with expansion planned to Toyama, Ishikawa and Fukui prefectures. They were announced at a press conference held on 29 September.
The four products are Bourbon-supervised “Gabu-to Every Burger, Chocolate Orange” (¥298 excluding tax) and “Chocolate Danish Pastry Resembling a Woodcutter’s Stump” (¥218 excluding tax), and Kameda Seika-supervised “Sugar Rusk, Happy Turn Flavor” (¥198 excluding tax) and “Whipped Melon Bread, Happy Turn Flavor” (¥218 excluding tax). Each product will be rolled out sequentially at stores in the region. Comments from the supervising companies noted that development focused on balancing texture and flavor.
