FUSION, a wholly owned subsidiary of the ノバセル Group, changed its representative director to Kusunoki Yuma (楠勇真) effective 1 August 2026. Kusunoki (楠) has overseen FUSION as a director and CRO.
FUSION appointed Kusunoki Yuma (楠勇真) representative director effective 1 August 2026. After graduating from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tokyo, Kusunoki (楠) joined RAKSUL and has been responsible for operating businesses related to ノバセル.
Against this backdrop, since joining the ノバセル Group in August 2025, FUSION has established a structure that combines AI, data and marketing infrastructure with creative capabilities, and has strengthened efforts to promote an advertising model spanning television and digital media. This has enabled the company to advance the use of AI in production operations, reducing production hours and expanding production volume.
Under the new structure, Kusunoki (楠) is expected to continue efforts to achieve the company's mission, “Raise new questions and create new answers.” The company has indicated a policy of pursuing further business growth centered on the integration of digital and creative capabilities.
