The historic Ito inari sushi shop Gion is relaunching. The main shop will open from 9:00 a.m. on 29 October, while the event store inside JR Ito Station will open from 1 November. The sales period and products have also been announced, bringing Ito’s longtime local flavor back to customers.
Gion, Ito’s popular inari sushi shop, is resuming operations. A temporary event store will operate inside JR Ito Station from 1 November to 31 December. Hours are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., although operations may end once products sell out.
The product information lists inari sushi at ¥950 before tax and an inari sushi and norimaki assortment at ¥990. These 2 products are scheduled to be available at launch. Information on regular holidays and parking is also provided.
The business was transferred to a group company affiliated with FJネクストホールディングス, which is focusing on maintaining Gion’s brand value while preserving its ties to the local community.
