LeCHECK has launched “Company-Specific Standards Review (beta),” a new feature that incorporates a company’s own contract review standards into AI reviews. It is accompanied by a support service overseen by lawyers to help organize and apply in-house knowledge.
株式会社リセ announced that it has begun offering “Company-Specific Standards Review” (beta) through LeCHECK, its AI contract review service. Companies can set their own internal rules, industry-specific review requirements and accumulated review knowledge as standards. This enables them to incorporate into contract reviews the considerations they consider important, in addition to general legal risks.
At the same time, 株式会社リセ is offering a “Company-Specific Standards Creation Support Service,” through which its lawyers assist companies from organizing and articulating their review standards through to configuring them in LeCHECK. The service aims to help organizations make use of accumulated legal knowledge and improve the quality and efficiency of contract reviews.
Key features of Company-Specific Standards Review include the ability to check both legal considerations and company-specific standards on a single screen, as well as AI support for configuring those standards. The feature facilitates reviews that reflect a company’s own perspectives by cross-checking contracts against checklists and previously reviewed agreements.
Contract reviews must take account of internal rules, industry practices and accumulated knowledge, but review standards can become fragmented and dependent on individual employees. Against this background, 株式会社リセ says it will organize these standards and create an environment in which they can be used in day-to-day reviews.
