LeCHECK now includes a feature that enables an AI agent to perform contract reviews sequentially in Word, with proposed revisions and comments applied to the contract with one click. Available from 21 August.
株式会社リセ announced that it has added an AI agent feature to its AI contract review service, LeCHECK, replicating the contract review workflow used by legal professionals. The feature is provided as a Word add-in, allowing the AI to perform the review process sequentially simply by opening a contract.
The AI agent presents proposed clause revisions and comments, which legal professionals can apply to the contract with a click. This is expected to reduce the burden of manually entering revisions and preparing comments, thereby improving review efficiency.
The feature replicates the contract review workflow used by legal professionals, sequentially performing tasks from risk checks through the presentation of revised wording, comment preparation and format checks, and presenting the results. The company also outlined plans to accumulate in-house decision histories, with the aim of advancing operations and improving review quality.
Going forward, the company plans to evolve the product from its current focus on contract reviews into one that supports legal operations as a whole, and will pursue its vision for legal AI agents.
