The move follows レアジョブ's becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Gakken Holdings in July 2026, with the aim of integrating its education network with its online English-language learning expertise. The new representative director and president, Sugihara Satoshi (杉原聡), has a background in promoting online English-language learning as representative of Glats.
Under the new management structure, the company aims to combine the Gakken Group's education IP and network with レアジョブ's operational expertise to create a high-quality platform that meets the learning needs of a broad range of age groups, from young children to working adults.
As a result, the レアジョブ Group is expected to enhance the value of its online English-language learning services and deepen collaboration with its existing services.
