Effective 1 October 2026, the Representative Director of シミック株式会社 will formally change from Katayama Shunji (片山俊二) to Yoshida Takanori (吉田貴宣). Yoshida (吉田) has served for many years as the company's Vice President and CFO, and the personnel change was announced as a change in Representative Director.
The newly appointed Yoshida Takanori (吉田貴宣), drawing on his experience as Vice President and CFO, is expected to lead the company as its head.
