ORGANO, which operates a water treatment engineering business, adopted MyTalent Brand, a recruitment branding service within the AI-native recruitment platform MyTalent Platform, and launched the recruitment-owned media outlet ORGANO journal. The company aims to communicate the reality of working at the company and strengthen relationships with candidates. TalentX says it will continue to support recruitment branding communications.
As background to the adoption, ORGANO cited the need to establish a structure that can sustain information sharing even with limited human resources. It revamped its recruitment website in July 2026 and has indicated a policy of using its owned media to communicate employees' real working conditions and business information from an on-site perspective.
MyTalent Platform is an AI-native integrated talent acquisition platform. Centered on a CRM that converts candidate data into a management asset, it integrates and provides a talent pool, branding, referrals and candidate management. MyTalent Brand enables recruitment websites and owned media to be created without coding. It explains that, through integration with the CRM module, the service can turn candidates' interest into support for the company.
