The company explains that the hand-stretching process takes more than 30 hours from preparing the dough to completing the noodles, highlighting the smooth texture and thick, firm bite of its hand-stretched udon. As part of its sustainability initiatives, it is also promoting donations of a portion of store sales to the UN World Food Programme's Red Cup Campaign.
