Aji no Min-Tei Food Service, operator of Aji no Min-Tei, announced the “Autumn Feast Fair,” offering 10% off all banquet menus for banquet reservations made during the campaign. The renewed main menu includes new autumn and winter staples such as domestic beef offal hot-pot udon and a kamameshi set meal. Mala tang udon, which was well received in spring and summer, will also return with improvements. New additional toppings have been introduced. The Shichi-Go-San set meal is available by reservation only for ¥2,500 including tax. Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance, and the meal is for children in elementary school or younger.
The Autumn Doyo Fair includes a discount on unaju, available for both dine-in and takeaway. The eel is sourced mainly from Kagoshima Prefecture and is served with accompanying Japanese pepper to enhance its flavor. Details of reservation availability and ordering conditions will be provided at the restaurants.
The company describes its commitment to broth and dipping sauce, using Rishiri kelp from Hokkaido, bonito flakes, urume sardine flakes and mackerel flakes, and preparing additive-free broth at each restaurant every day. The materials also describe the production method and characteristics of hand-stretched noodles, including the difference in mouthfeel and firmness of hand-stretched udon.
