Wantedly has launched Mendy by Wantedly, an AI job-search agent app designed to streamline communication between recruitment agents and job seekers. Available free of charge for iPhone and Android from 28 September 2026, its initial features include centralized management of emails from agents, automatic drafting of replies and assessment of scout matches.
The app provides a dedicated email address and manages communications from multiple agents in one place. It automatically suggests reply wording and asks users to confirm it before final submission. It also displays a match score as a percentage based on the user’s work history and preferences, together with the factors supporting the score.
