Huawei Japan opened HUAWEI Official Service Center on 23 October at Sudacho Building 1F in Kanda Sudacho 1-chome. It is the first directly operated comprehensive after-sales service center of its kind in Japan.
The center provides authorized repair intake, software support, usage consultations, a touch-and-try area, trade-in and recycling intake, and laser engraving services. Smartwatches and earphones will also be displayed at the opening.
To commemorate the opening, labor charges will be free for the first 100 customers through 31 October, with free cleaning and promotional gifts also available. From November onward, the company plans to offer free repair services and other benefits during the 3-day period from Friday to Sunday of the first week of each month as HUAWEI Service Days.
Under the trade-in campaign, customers who trade in an HUAWEI smartwatch they own can purchase the HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 series at 30% off the market reference price. Eligible products must have been purchased in Japan, and the discount coupon can be used in the official store. The campaign runs through 31 January 2027, and the Band series is excluded.
