HUAWEI’s first directly operated after-sales service center in Japan, the “HUAWEI Official Service Center,” opened today in the Akihabara-Kanda area. The opening ceremony and information on new-product displays and hands-on services at the center have been reported.
華為技術日本 opened Japan’s first directly operated comprehensive after-sales service center, the “HUAWEI Official Service Center,” in the Ogawamachi-Awajicho area near Akihabara and Kanda on Friday, 23 October 2026. The center provides repair reception, software support and advice on how to use products.
An opening ceremony was held on the first day, highlighting the policy of prioritizing staff assistance and visitor convenience. Smartwatches including the “HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 Pro/7/6” and earphones including the “HUAWEI FreeBuds Neo” and “HUAWEI FreeClip 2 S” are available for display and hands-on use as new products, allowing visitors to check their operation and design. The store does not sell products and focuses on hands-on experiences and consultations.
The center aims to provide three forms of value: “confidence when buying, comfort when using, and support when problems arise,” strengthening its support system before and after purchase. Face-to-face guidance is emphasized for such matters as pairing smartwatches and using health-management functions, expanding in-person support alongside telephone and chat support.
As a limited-time campaign, from 23 October through 31 October, the first 100 visitors will receive benefits including free after-sales service labor, free cleaning and promotional gifts. In addition, a trade-in campaign will offer discount coupons allowing the HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 series to be purchased at 30% below the market-estimated price. The eligible period is from 21 October 2026 through 31 January 2027.
Information on the HUAWEI Official Service Center includes its name, opening date, location, business hours (10:00–19:00, closed on Thursdays) and access details, as well as contact channels by LINE, telephone and email. Alongside the consultation desk, images showing events and the ceremony are also included, with further details provided on the official website.
