Advance Create announced that it would postpone disclosure of the earnings summary report for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending September 2026, with the disclosure date expected to fall more than 45 days after quarter-end. In connection with this, the company said it was preparing to publish the semi-annual report for the 31st fiscal year and the earnings summary report for the second quarter of the fiscal year ending September 2026 by 14 August.
Advance Create announced that it would postpone disclosure of the earnings summary report for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending September 2026, with the disclosure expected to take place more than 45 days after quarter-end.
The company said the postponement was necessary because, based on the findings of the third-party committee investigation, it needed to submit amended reports for prior-year securities reports, semi-annual reports, quarterly reports and internal control reports, as well as amend prior-year earnings summary reports.
In connection with the postponement, the company said it would continue preparing the earnings summary report for the third quarter as quickly as possible and would promptly announce the scheduled earnings announcement date once it had been determined.
In parallel, it is preparing to publish the semi-annual report for the 31st fiscal year of the fiscal year ending September 2026 and the earnings summary report for the second quarter of the same fiscal year by 14 August.
